General information
Availability
Some garments are available immediately from stock, especially plain designs, hats, gloves and scarves.
More complex designs, such as Fair Isle patterns, are made to order, and can take up to 28 days to make and dispatch.
Sizing
Adult knitwear is available in five sizes, Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and Extra Extra Large.
Details of these sizes are given on this chart. Children's knitwear is measured by actual garment size and is available in chest sizes 24" (61cms); 28" (71cms) and 32" (81cms).

Payment
You can pay by cheque (UK pounds only please) or by card over the telephone. Please don't email your credit card number!

Bespoke / custom orders
Email us your requirements. We will email back confirmation of your enquiry with price, delivery and payment details.
Delivery
Many items are knitted to order, and we aim to despatch within 21 days of your order. In the event of any delay you will be informed. Smaller accessories such as hats, scarves and gloves may be available immediately.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return it to us within 14 days of receipt in good condition and we will either change it or refund the cost as you wish. We would be grateful if you would let us know the reason for its return.
Postage
Postage is charged per order, £5 in the UK, £10 in EU, £14 rest of world.
